Guy Fieri rolls out to three joints that are doing things a little twisted: an old fast food joint in Merrick, NY, where they’re using old Italian family recipes to create awesome food; a former Japanese grill turned diner in Sacramento, CA, offering vegetarian beet sliders and European classics like Rouladen; and a local burger joint in Superior, WI, where unique burgers like the cashew and swiss burger keep the locals pouring in.
