Guy Fieri hits up some joints that are known for having a signature twist: a dog-friendly neighborhood joint in Indianapolis, IN, where their signature “Barking Lard BLT” is made with homemade bacon; a historic 1890s joint in New Orleans, LA, where they’re still reinventing classics like green bean casserole and jambalaya; and in Winters, CA, a little joint is producing some outrageous wood fired pizza and San Francisco-Style Cioppino.
