Guy Fieri rolls out in search of some places where they are still doing things the good old-fashioned way: a famous steak house in Oklahoma City that’s been serving customers with the same outrageous food for over 80 years; a 40’s diner in Los Angeles that was brought back to life by a chef’s culinary prowess in fried catfish, classic donuts, and mac and cheese; and in Boston where a 40-year-old family tradition of making chipotle-pastrami sandwiches and clam chowder is being carried on by three brothers.
