started my career in foodservice at the age of ten, selling soft
pretzels in my three wheeled bicycle cart that I built with my dad.
Things have changed a bit since my “Awesome Pretzel”
days! Now my business partner Steve Gruber and I have three local
Sonoma County restaurants, a catering division and our largest location
is slotted to open soon in Sacramento.
