Return an Item

If you have your invoice, you can find these return instructions and return label on the back:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days.

1. Include your Name, address, phone numbers, and an email address (if you have one)

2. Indicate what action you would us to take:

• Replace/exchange
• Credit your credit card that was orginally used

3. List the merchandise you are returning and tell us the merchandise you would like (if you are exchanging)

4. Please let us know the reason you are returning your item.
