It all started when a friend suggested I submit a tape to be on ‘The Next Food Network Star’. We got the audition tape in at the last minute. And from the thousands of entries they chose me to be one of eight finalists.

Guy’s Big Bite

Well, America spoke. I don’t know if they had any idea what they were getting themselves into!

Guy’s Big Bite premiered June 25th, 2006 and six shows later, Food Network has signed me up for 13 new episodes!

Appropriately enough, the celebration begins just after New Year's and you know what that means...a whole lot of controlled chaos in the kitchen during 2007! I can't even begin to tell you how pumped I am to have another opportunity to share the best and boldest food with all of you. Start preparing yourselves for another big bite...trust me, it's going to be off the hook!
