I'd like to see you come on up to Ukiah, CA. About 5 miles north of Ukiah is a local fixture named The Broiler Steak House. This restaurant has been owned and operated by the Fernandes family since 1966, and the third generation is now stepping up to take the reins. The guys that put out all of the lovely steaks (char broiled over an oak wood pit) have been working there for 35 or 40 years. It's a great family restaurant where the whole community comes to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, reunions, you name it. The restaurant can accommodate parties up to 200. AND it's a great place to work. Come on up and check it out! Ask anyone in town and they'll be able to tell you how to get there.
