I had the brisket from Costco last night and found it tendr and not fatty at all so maybe those that found it tough didn't cook it as per instructions? We enjoyed the spicy sweet sauce very much.

We had the smoked brisket from Costco last night. Disappointment. The flavor was good - smokey and well seasoned with a great sauce, however when I think of brisket, it should just fall apart, this meat was very very tough. Not alot of fat as posted below. I don't think I would buy again.

I also bought the cajun pork roast....35% fat. Also tried the Tri-tip, somewhat better but not that great. I don't think I would want my name on these products. Save your money.

I tried the Cajun style pork loin, it was $3 off at Target (it was about to expire). I had to trim the heck out of it just to cook it. Under the Cajun spices you could not see all the white membrane that has to be removed. After all of that, I wasn't left with much meat.

Guy...I think you need to fire the person in charge of quality control! I was actually looking forward to serving my family the "Smoked Brisket with Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce" tonight for dinner. Unfortunately, it was too hard and chewy to even eat! I agree with an earlier post made by another customer {it was like a bad beef jerky}! I just can't believe that you would willingly put your name on this product. The picture on the packaging was nothing like the product inside.

I tried 3 different Guy Fieri meats from Target. All were awful. We tried the skirt steak, tri tip and pork loin. The tri tip was so tough it was inedible, the skirt steak was full of fat and very greasy. It seemed as though it might have been marinated in oil. I had to order pizza because this was also inedible. Now I know why they were on sale. So disappointed!
