Tex Wasabi's is my favorite restaraunt hands down. The staff at the Sacramento location are great, always professional and very nice. The food is great and the sushi rocks. I go at least 6 times a year. My last visit was last weekend with a friend and discovered that you had all the autographs at the front door painted over, I was very disappointed to see that. Guy, you rock! Although I've only had the opportunity to go to Johnny Garlic's once I have every intention on returning, the food was amazing there as well. Keep up the food work Guy and don't listen to stupid New York critics. We here in California love and support you.
