So, we will be in town and my family are fans. Does this mean Guy will be in the house cooking this Friday, April 5th? If so, we will change our schedule and eat there. Would love to check it out if you'll be around!

We ate there tonight. Great service (our waiter was hilarious!), and even better food. We had a reservation but they took us early. Every entree was fantastic. Wished we lived in NYC so we could go back.

My family and I were really excited to eat at your restaurant because we are very huge fans! However, it was a little tiny bit disappointing. I don't normally like to put horrible things, so I am going to add some good. First of all, the restaurant looks very beautiful, so well done there. When we arrived to the restaurant, we were greeted promptly and seated immediately. However, it took approximately 20 minutes for our waiter to come greet us and take our drink order. It wasn't that big a deal because we were looking at all of the exciting choices listed on your menu. After our drinks came and our order was placed, my daughter accidentally spilled a drink onto my lap causing a huge mess. There were about five different members of the wait staff that stared right at us and didn't bother to notify our waiter or even bring us additional napkins so we could clean up the mess. We then had to flag our waiter down who brought us two additional napkins. LOL! WHAT? When our food arrived, it looked great; however, the steak on my salad was ICE cold. I did notify the waiter who immediately rectified the issue and had the chef bring out a salad with warm steak. They then took it off the bill, which was nice because I did eat the salad, and I was pleased that they fixed my order. I realize this is a new restaurant, which in the biz, it takes a little bit to get things organized. These are just minor snafus that I have listed, but hopefully, things will start to smooth out and the cooking staff can get it together and not serve cold food.

That was the worst service and the coldest food ever. No one wants cold french fries. No one wants cold nachos. No one wants to wait 30 minutes to order in an empty restaurant. And mostly, no one wants to be entertaining a table of 5, go to pay the bill, and realize the waitress had added another's table tab in bringing up the bill to near $300. Almost paid it so not to look like a jackass as it was a business lunch. Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU GUY FIERI.

I recently was visiting New York with my family and we were lucky enough to eat at the restaurant and were treated so well , the food was amazing, I am so glad we did not listen to the negative review that was posted in the New York paper, Guy you would have been proud of the outstanding service that Rachael provided us with and the food was to die for thanks again.

I truly agree. I went to a restaurant and the waitress wasn't paying any attention to us and the four other people next to us and I stepped up and told the waitress to step it up in a nice way. Saying that you work for tips right? she says yes well then if someone gave you a bad tip, you would wonder why right? she said yes. I just told her why before and she stepped it up and we had great service after that. Remember waiters and waitress are people too and can have a bad day but that is no excuse for them to give you bad service. That's there job, hospitality. Maybe next time this happens to you in any type of service you will tell them in a nice way, they will step it up. Give them a chance to redeem them selves and see what happens before going to the manager. Food for thought. No pun intended. LOL
