It all started in 2006 when a friend suggested I submit a tape to be on ‘The Next Food Network Star’. We got the audition tape in at the last minute. And from the thousands of entries they chose me to be one of eight finalists.

Today I host three popular Food Network shows: Guy's Big Bite, Guy Off the Hook and Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.

Guy's Big Bite

Whether they knew what they were getting themselves into or not, America spoke! And on June 25th, 2006 Guy's Big Bite premiered on the Food Network.

Take some of my favorite recipes like Mojito Chicken, Pepperoni Lasagna or Jambalaya Sandwich, and mix in a bit of controlled chaos in the kitchen and you've got Guy's Big Bite.

Guy Off the Hook

You never know what will happen infront of a live studio audience! This show is me up close and personal. Take Guy's Big Bite and add the excitement of being live and I guarantee you it's going to be Guy Off the Hook!

Diners, Drive-ins and Dives

Join me as I tour the country's classic 'greasy spoon' restaurants and local hot spots. I get to drive a classic car, sample the most unusual culinary creations you can imagine and talk with all the folks that make it happen. What more could a guy like me ask for?! Diner's, Drive-ins and Dives.
