Whether they knew what they were getting themselves into or not, America spoke! And on June 25th, 2006 Guy's Big Bite premiered on the Food Network. Take some of my favorite recipes like Mojito Chicken, Pepperoni Lasagna or Jambalaya Sandwich, and mix in a bit of controlled chaos in the kitchen and you've got Guy's Big Bite. Diners, Drive-ins and Dives Join me as I tour the country's classic 'greasy spoon' restaurants and local hot spots. I get to drive a classic car, sample the most unusual culinary creations you can imagine and talk with all the folks that make it happen. What more could a guy like me ask for?!
