Customs Note: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Fedex will bill you on behalf of the customs authorities within 10 days of receiving your watch. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient(based on the purchase price in USD). Customers have 10 days to contact DOXA to return or exchange a watch
Watches can be returned or exchanged providing that the watch is in EXACTLY the same condition it was shipped in. Specifically that the plastic has not been removed from the bracelet, the watch is un-worn and the bracelet has not been sized.
If a watch is returned (i.e. not exchanged) the customer will receive a refund for all fees LESS the duties and customs and FED EX charged for the particular watch.

Orders shipped from the Doxa factory and all question should be directed to Doxa.
