Guy Fieri is the sole owner of the information collected on this
site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others
in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. guyfieri.com
collects information from our users at several different points
on our website for order fulfillment and other requests.
Orders
We request information from a customer on our order form. Here a
user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address)
and financial information such as their credit card number and expiration
date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill
customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this
contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.

Our website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that
we, guyfieri.com, are not responsible for the privacy practices

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated
by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with
the shipping restrictions contained on the Web Store. All purchases
from the Web Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As
a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Web
Store pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You
are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged
and/or lost shipments.
